Pre-Photos Checklist
Clean up - The house doesn’t have to be spotless, but too much stuff laying around can make your house feel cluttered. Beds should be made and counters should be wiped clean.
Light it up! - When taking photos, I turn on every single light in and outside of the house, make sure they are all working so your photos look amazing.
Outside - Make sure there is not any cars, boats or other vehicles in the driveway. Garage doors should be closed and the garbage can should be hidden.
Living areas - Please hide electrical cords, remotes, magazines, and other items that may take away from the room.
Kitchen - Clutter in the kitchen can be distracting, and an abundance of appliances on the counters can make the space look small. Take all magnets and pictures off of the fridge.
Final notes - Before leaving your house, do a walkthrough and make sure every room is as photographable as possible. Your house should look the same as when it is being shown.
